· Carrot shirring
· Teriyaki with chicken breast
· Wakame miso súpa
· Mandarin orange
· Soy beans juice cake soup
· Blancpain cheese flavor 2 pieces
· Drink yogurt
· 5 cheeses
I ate a snack because I had lunch.
